Teufelskunst - The Art of the Devil

A very exciting development in the world of occult and esoteric art - a true form of art that serves the Arte Magickal. Through the misty gloom of the arcane and sinister paths there comes forth Teufelskunst presenting the Art of the Devil.....

http://teufelskunst.com/

Teufelskunst is a rare gem in the murky worlds of what passes for occult art - offering truly beautiful pieces, in a vast array of mediums: candles, sculpture, fetishes, rosaries, herbs, and many other unique items that serve the Arte rather than distract from it.

From the Teufelskunst website....

"Our goal is to create a platform for and promote different occult artists and their craft. We are German based but reach out to brothers and sisters, artists, craftsmen and sincere devil worshipers all over the world.

What we present here are works of devotion, passion, love and respect for the subject matter. This may include Sculpture and Installation, Paintings, Drawings, Cryptified Writings, Sigil-Art, Collage, Essays, Poems, Sounds, Video, Digital Art of an evocative nature, analogue Photography and Photomanipulation of an advanced skill-level."

Ritually charged and hand-cast skull candles that can be prepared for various purposes and come in a variety of colours. For more information follow this link.....

And more from the website discussing the process of Xonia's sculptures...."The statues are sculpted by hand, using a natural clay obtained from a traditional local clay quarry. The standard statues and skulls are fired, glazed and fired for a second time. Through the glaze they become very sturdy. Sometimes we also craft figures that are hand-painted with self-composed paints containing different herbal as well as animal essences in harmony with the soul connected to each statue. These are richer in detail and still very durable, though not as sturdy as the glazed ones, which is why we generally recommend the glazed variant.

Recently, I myself purchased one of a limited edition of Blackthorn talismans exquisitely hand-carved by the very talented Xonia Abyssos and have to say that it is one of the most beautiful pieces I own. The detail is amazing and was presented and packaged very well. I'm very proud to be the owner of one of these brilliantly crafted pieces...

From the Facebook page for Teufelskunst it says the following...

"Teufelskunst is a living tradition, craft and art-form dealing with occult themes. It employs essential methods of communicating with the various spirits of the natural and unnatural world, and most often ties into the established lore of new and old, known and less known magical grimoires. At the same time it involves not seldom (artistic) works that defy any description."

If you are looking for that unique fetish piece for your altar, or looking for a truly powerful item to infuse and empower your praxis, you really should contact Xonia Abyssos via the website and talk to her yourself. You will not be disappointed, that I guarantee!

Anathema Publishing....

Greetings all,

I would like to take a moment to share some information about a new publishing house that I believe you really must know about - it is ANATHEMA....

"...independently founded in the winter of 2011, is solely dedicated to the Crooked Path in its various incarnations and traditions; aiming at further contributing to what may be referred to as the neoteric resurgence of spiritual Gnosticism & Luciferian Endarkment.

We are looking forward to work with and support erudite scribes, poets & philosophers, visual artists versed in the arcane discipline, practising magus and serious devotees/students of the Chthonic Arte interested in having their visions, epiphanies, methods of praxis and insight shared with the rest of the esoteric community and published in truly sumptuous printed editions of the highest calibre (“Quality vs. Quantity” definitely being our modus operandi).

It is our deep belief that a quintessential book is truly a manifested entity on its own, infused with magickal properties, and should be treated with utmost respect and reverence. We are committed to inspire “the few” and ignore “the many”, having textual authenticity and artistic integrity, rigorous sales protocol and overall humble approach to the Occult Mysteries and Powers surrounding us All; through Death and Beyond."

A single-handed endeavour that shall bear much fruit, G. McGaughry is currently working on his first major release....PILLARS.

"PILLARS is the periodical journal of ANATHEMA PUBLISHING which we hope to be able to release on a yearly basis starting from the autumnal equinox of 2012. PILLARS is a body of essays consisting of adversarial articles based on mystical researches and experiences, as well as artworks and poems aptly woven and rich in symbolical meaning; nourishment for the mind and the essence of the True-Self, as flesh is torn and blood is poured on paper in order to elevate mortal souls beyond the cosmic stretch of the Demiurgos. - Salve Phophorus Rex!"

PILLARS - Volume 1, Issue 1, is no doubt going to be a fascinating journey into the minds of both the strange and the arcane, but all full of fire and devotion.....
